Resumen
Resumen: Actualmente, los meteoritos constituyen una de las fuentes de información más valiosas acerca de la formación y evolución química de nuestro entorno y, gracias a ellos, hoy sabemos, por ejemplo, que hay fullerenos y centenares de moléculas orgánicas en el espacio. Pero antes de ser aceptados como objetos de interés científico, los meteoritos también escribieron algunas de las páginas más curiosas e interesantes de la ciencia. En este artículo, se describen los primeros pasos de la química en el estudio de los meteoritos, así como algunas de sus singularidades.

Abstract: At present, meteorites are one of the most valuable sources of information about the formation and chemical evolution of our environment and, through their analysis, we know, for instance, that there are fullerenes and hundreds of organic molecules in the space. But before being accepted as interesting objects for science, meteorites also wrote some of the most curious and interesting pages of science. In this article, the first steps of chemistry towards the study of meteorites are described, as well as some of their singularities.
